1. Shipping methods and Delivery time
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

5. Shipping Note

Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
6. For Undelivered Solution
Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by Incerunmen to decrease your losses.
For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 months of shipment. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.
30 Days Returns Guarantee
Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving item(s) except the Non-Returnable items. If you have received defective or damaged, wrong size or wrong product, please apply an after-sale service or email us immediately.
