Return Policy

Read Before Returning

Return Commitment 

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer (subject to the date of receipt of the express delivery), if the product has not been worn, washed, ironed, stained, or processed (e.g., cut edge or self-modified size, etc.), without affecting the secondary sales, we will provide no reason to return the service if you have any dissatisfaction with our products. Return Restriction 1. The products should not be worn, washed, ironed, stained, or processed, and the label tags should be kept. 2. Products, including bodysuits, tights, socks, jewelry, and intimate items, cannot be returned. 3. Gifts are non-refundable or non-returnable; 4. The sets cannot be returned separately.

 

14-Day Return

In order to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, we offer a return policy for some products within 14 days of receipt. Details are as follows:

 Reasons for Return  Dissatisfied, not wanting, placing the wrong order, etc.
 Expenses to Bear Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
 Refund
Only the amount of the product after the discount will be refunded; the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

   

30-Day After-sales policy

If the product you received has serious quality problems, we will provide you with a 30-day after-sales policy as detailed below.

Expenses to Bear

When reporting serious product issues, please provide as many pictures/videos as possible so that we can better determine the actual situation and provide solutions. If there is indeed a serious quality problem, we will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.

Refund

The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount was applied to the returned item(s) plus any original shipping charge paid by you.

   

How To Return

 

1. Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return (it is best to include feedback with pictures). We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.

2. Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return, and pack the item properly.

3. Send item(s) back to us through the local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels. 4. We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.

Note:
  1. Please contact us if you want to return an item. Returns without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  3. Please be sure to double-check your returns before. We are not responsible for the return of non-incerunmen products.

   

How To Exchange
Unfortunately, our exchange process is currently being upgraded, and we don't offer an exchange option at this time. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items. To return an item, please follow the steps stated in 'How to Return.' We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
